A certified depreciation professional, Ned conducts depreciation studies for clients in the electric, gas, railroad, and water industries. He also led the development of Gannett Fleming’s proprietary depreciation software, including applications for actuarial life analysis, simulated life analysis, net salvage analysis, and depreciation calculations.
Ned has submitted expert testimony before the regulatory commissions of Florida, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, the District of Columbia, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In addition, he assisted in the development of testimony for regulatory proceedings in numerous other U.S. states and two Canadian provinces.
Ned is the current Vice President of the Society of Depreciation Professionals, and conducts training for industry professionals at the Society’s annual meeting. He holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Lafayette College.
